1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

CaTecDomma provides network optimization services, including but not limited to Wi-Fi coverage analysis, speed optimization, router setup and configuration, mesh network installation, network security, and smart home integration (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that CaTecDomma shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) for your account. CaTecDomma will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this instruction.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CaTecDomma, a CaTecDomma employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm CaTecDomma or users of the Service or expose them to liability

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service
• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CaTecDomma and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sweden and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CaTecDomma.

4.2 User Content

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting content to the Service, you grant CaTecDomma and its affiliated companies a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (1) you own the content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (2) the posting of your content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

5. Service Terms and Conditions

5.1 Service Booking and Scheduling

You may request Services through our website, by phone, or by email. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm details and schedule the Service. All bookings are subject to availability.

5.2 Service Fees and Payment

Our fees for Services are as outlined on our website or as quoted to you directly. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are as follows:

• For residential customers: Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise specified
• For business customers: Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement

Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and Swish. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 2% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 500 kr. CaTecDomma reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or inclement weather.

5.4 Service Warranty

CaTecDomma warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide the following warranties for our Services:

• Network installations and configurations: 30-day warranty
• Hardware installation (excluding manufacturer defects): 30-day warranty

This warranty covers issues directly related to our Service and does not cover problems caused by user modification, third-party interference, or issues with your internet service provider.

5.5 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your network setup and requirements
• Ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time
• Provide necessary access to equipment, rooms, and areas required for the Service
• Maintain backup copies of your important data before we perform any Service
• Provide a safe working environment for our technicians

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, DATA, DATA PROCESSING SERVICES, UPTIME OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, AND ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CATECDOMMA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR THE FUNCTIONS, FEATURES OR CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN WILL BE TIMELY, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. CATECDOMMA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET USERS' REQUIREMENTS.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CATECDOMMA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, COVER OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, GOODWILL, USE OF CONTENT, IMPACT ON BUSINESS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY) HOWEVER CAUSED, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CATECDOMMA HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CATECDOMMA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS, RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CATECDOMMA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY; OR (B) 5,000 SWEDISH KRONOR (SEK).

THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS ALSO APPLY IF THIS REMEDY DOES NOT FULLY COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY LOSSES OR FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaTecDomma, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Mediation Institute.

If the dispute has not been settled within 60 days after the commencement of the mediation, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
